SPSL are a new company who target high class refurbishment and one-off house building projects. Building on the success and reputation of its sister company Sandymount Development Ltd, SPSL were formed to enable more diverse projects to be taken on throughout the country.

Using associations we have build up over the years with a number of professionals and specialist contractors we can offer a complete package from conception to completion. We are happy to offer a complete "design & Build" service or to help with any aspect of the project along the way.
With environmental issues foremost in news at the moment we can advice on practical ways to incorporate environmentally friendly building practices into your project. We can also advise on the various options available for alternative sustainable energy products, the grants which are available and the effect they will have on the long term running of your home.
